How It Works

QR Is Generated
A daily or shift-based QR code is automatically generated from the admin panel and displayed on screen or placed in print.
Employee Scans
The employee scans the QR code via the mobile app to create a check-in or check-out record. The process takes less than 3 seconds.
Location Is Verified
The app captures the GPS location at the moment of scanning. Scans from unauthorized locations are automatically rejected.
Hours Are Calculated
Check-in/check-out data is processed in real time; regular hours, overtime, and tardiness are automatically calculated and reflected in reports.
